Happy Easter - One Week Late

Well, you can imagine that for a girl who doesn't like chocolate that Valentine's Day and Easter are wasted on me. You would be right on the first count. You would have been right up until  a couple years ago when I got my first Grandma Middie homemade peanut butter egg. Now those that know me well, know that although I don't like chocolate, peanut butter is my complete weakness!! I love it! Which makes me love these eggs. They are the highlight of the year when it is Easter and Grandma starts makin' 'em! Here is a picture of one that I managed to save (somehow...) so I could blog about how awesome they are.
