Waiting for our flight

Welcome to India! I must say that the strangeness of the trip began when the flight crew came and sprayed us down with insecticide or pesticides or something like that as soon as we entered Indian airspace. Literally we had to cover our faces with blankets while they came through the cabin and sprayed us down. Strangest flying experience of my life.

Pretty much we landed, got picked up by our driver and dropped off at our hotel. And then Meghan and I started a pattern that lasted pretty much our entire trip: we had nothing planned and would literally ask for the hotel to set up a driver who would take us around to all of the sights. We would then get into a car and get driven around never knowing where we were going next or how much longer we would be out. It was insanely crazy and sort of liberating not having to plan or worry about what is going on.

 All in all Delhi was amazing and a good way to kick off our jump into India. We saw some amazing things and ate some reeaaaally good food. We were excited to get into the car and head down to Agra and the Taj Mahal!!
