Melissa's Birthday

So it was recently Miss Melissa Reidhead's birthday. Of course everyone was ready and willing to celebrate another year of Melis. Last year she did a small low key party just at our apartment so this year she decided she needed a New York rooftop/penthouse party. It was great. One of the guys in the downtown ward lives in this fabulous building on Williams St (just off Wall St) that has a party area with a kitchen, windowed seating area and then a big wrap around rooftop area with wired in speakers for music. It was great. We had drinks at the bar and hors d'oerves that were homemade (including one with caviar). Of course no New York City party could be complete if we didn't have a couple male models though right? Unfortunately we only know really fabulous Portuguese male models. Oh well! :)

 Some of my favorite people from the night. John in the middle doing the Bryan Christensen model pose..actually IS a model (he did Calvin Klein underwear at one point and now does showroom stuff) and his brother Jorge (next to me in the black shirt) is fresh back from Fashion Week in Milan were he did runway for Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci and Armani. Rough life. 

  Melissa and our Jorge. All night he was joking in his completely adorable broken English that he doesn't do "social pictures" so anytime he took a group picture we would tease him. This is Melissa's birthday present: Jorge smiling with teeth - he normally is too busy modeling in pictures.
